RWB/Linares Architecture, Inc., founded in July of 2001 by the firm’s partners, Richard W. Bremer, Jr. and Juan C. Linares set forth to use their respective strengths and experience in design and construction to create a simple vision “Architecture For You”. The firm’s partners have over 40 years of combined architectural experience and share a collective range of knowledge in residential and commercial design.

MEET THE PRINCIPALS
Richard W. Bremer
Richard Bremer is the founding principal of RWB / Linares Architecture, Inc. and has been practicing the
art of architecture since 1991. Through early mentoring and educating himself in his own work experiences, Richard has established a strong base for his understanding of design and architectural style.
Richard Bremer has been a true leader in design and project management for a broad spectrum of
residential architecture from addition/renovations, speculation projects, multi-family projects, track home developments and high-end custom homes.
Richard has worked on residential projects throughout Florida, southeastern regions of the United States, Canada and the Bahamas.
Juan C. Linares, a native of South Florida, has been practicing architecture since 1993. His diverse experience brings a broad knowledge base and confidence to successfully engage projects of all sizes and complexities. His business and marketing background provides leadership and vision to the development
of this company, in addition to a unique understanding and sensitivity to his client’s business needs and goals.
Juan Linares has been part of various project types throughout his career including office, retail, food service, medical, surgical, educational, industrial, multifamily, resort, mixed-use, and residential projects. His projects are located all throughout Florida in addition to Louisiana, Bahamas, South and North Carolina.
All of his projects are informed and enriched by previous experience. This fosters a unique approach and understanding of clients needs which in turn is converted to timely and distinctive
architectural design.
